Welcome to enCompass Center for Creative Arts

What is enCompass?
enCompass Center for Creative Arts is a ministry of Chapel Hill Fellowship committed to helping all persons discover, develop and demonstrate their God-given gifts and talents. enCompass serves Wichita and the surrounding communities by providing a place that fosters the unearthing of persons' individual, innate creativity.

Why enCompass?
We believe that the Center is a Divinely-inspired IDEA, a "melting pot" environment where persons can:
Identify their unique giftedness;
Develop their individual creativity;
Express their individual gifts in a positive manner and within a positive environment; and
Actualize their creative dreams.

We Believe:
God is the Divine Creator and the source of all creativity.
God created humankind in His image and therefore, our creativity is a direct reflection of His. Because God is the creator of all things, human artistic expression is simply a re-presentation of what He has already created.
The Arts serve as a means of expressing our God-given creativity.
We are responsible to nurture others in their journey to self-expression.
It is our duty to provide a place of support, encouragement, and acceptance for the developing artist.

Is enCompass just for "artists"?
enCompass is founded on the belief that every person has within him/herself not only the capacity to create, but the fundamental need to do so. enCompass's thrust is to provide the tools to assist the individual in his/her creative development and then to help facilitate positive expression of the product in whatever venue is chosen, whether it be public or private, sacred or secular.
